Managing Director and Senior Sales Negotiator

Mark is the Managing Director of the firm and is based in the Stepaside office. Mark specialises in residential and commercial sales, lettings, property management, acquisitions, landlord, and tenant advice and valuations in the Greater Dublin area.

Mark has a wealth of experience, with circa 20 years’ experience in the Dublin residential market. His client care and focus has enabled the firm to build an extensive portfolio of managed residential and commercial properties throughout Dublin.

Belinda

Company Director and Senior Sales Negotiator

Belinda joined Mark Kelly and Associates in 2013 and has been instrumental in refining the business model to create a more tailored solution to individual clients’ needs. In more recent years, she has become heavily involved with acquisitions, suiting clients to high yield investment opportunities across the greater Dublin area.

Belinda has successfully negotiated a number of high-profile sales in many of Dublin’s most desirable locations, both on and off-market. She firmly believes the backbone of our business is building strong, trusting relationships with both vendors and purchasers.

Tanya

Senior Sales Negotiator

Tanya has navigated some of the most challenging market conditions throughout her property career of more than 17 years across Ireland and the UK, forging strong industry-wide relationships and connections along the way. She brings a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience while offering clients an honest, professional and dedicated service.

Tanya’s genuine passion for delivering the very best results combined with a true willingness to go the extra mile sees her outperform the competition time and time again.

Michael

Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Economics from DIT Bolton Street, TUD, and has accumulated over five years of experience in the property industry. His expertise spans residential sales, lettings, property management, and commercial real estate, both in Ireland and abroad. 

Known for his energetic approach and vibrant enthusiasm, Michael consistently brings a fresh perspective to every project he undertakes. His international experience has enriched his understanding of diverse markets, further enhancing the high-quality service he provides to clients. 

Alex

Property Manager

Alex is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for all of our clients. Through attention to detail and an understanding of clients’ needs, Alex consistently exceeds client expectations. She is currently studying in Ballsbridge College, developing her estate agency skills in lettings and sales.

Mel

Property Manager

Mel, having previously worked in new home developments, now supports the lettings and management department. Liaising closely with landlords and tenants alike, Mel sources qualified tenants and is the point of contact for all tenant queries. She is a professional, highly motivated team player and loves the dynamics of the role, ensuring that everyone who contacts Mark Kelly & Associates receives nothing but the best of care.
