Mark Kelly & Associates was established in 2013, having been involved in commercial and residential sales for almost 12 years prior. - We are contactable 7 days a week - agents are reachable on their mobiles outside of business hours.
- Unlike other agents, 90% of our viewings take place outside of normal business hours to facilitate buyers/tenants, providing our client with more interest and ultimately a better end result.
- We do not hold open viewings. We only invite qualified purchasers/tenants to viewings.
- Free advertising and marketing campaign across all major websites, free signage, free professional photography and free colour brochures, when we sell your property.
